These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the services provided by OneWeb Zimbabwe, including but not limited to web hosting, email hosting, reseller hosting, web designing, WhatsApp bot creation, and domain name registration services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms:

1. Service Provision:

OneWeb Zimbabwe provides services in partnership with Zimbabwe Internet Services Provider Association (ZISPA), ZARNET and also under regulation by POTRAZ. Services include but are not again limited to: web hosting, domain registration, web design, and automations tools.

ZISPA Introduction:

The Zimbabwe Internet Service Provider Association (ZISPA) is a voluntary, non-profit organisation representing internet service providers (ISPs) in Zimbabwe. It plays a pivotal role in managing the .co.zw domain registry and operating the Zimbabwe Internet Exchange (ZINX), facilitating efficient internet traffic exchange among local ISPs. Key Regulatory and Operational Aspects of ZISPA:

a. Domain Name Management: ZISPA oversees the registration and management of the .co.zw domain, ensuring a structured and fair allocation of domain names within Zimbabwe.

b. Code of Practice: All ZISPA members are bound by a code of Practice that promotes fair competition, sets service standards, and outlines procedures for handling complaints.

c. Collaboration with Regulatory Bodies: ZISPA works in conjunction with the Postal and Telecommunications Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe (POTRAZ) to align its operations with national telecommunications policies and regulations.

d. Membership: Membership is open to ISPs providing IP-related services, such as web development and e-commerce.

POTRAZ Introduction:

POTRAZ (Postal and Telecommunications Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe) regulates postal, telecommunications, and broadcasting sectors in Zimbabwe.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older or have parental/ guardian consent to be able to use our services. On this note, you agree to provide accurate and updated account and contact information, your failure to do so will result in account suspensions from OneWeb Zimbabwe for breaching the terms through misconduct.

3. Accuracy of information.

OneWeb Zimbabwe takes clients` data and information accuracy very serious. It is your duty as a client to provide accurate information during the registration of your domain name and the activation of your hosting account(s). OneWeb Zimbabwe reserves the right to verify client(s) information, and follow up on all corrections. Sometimes OneWeb can temporary suspend clients that provide false information, so please keep your information accurate at all times to avoid suspensions. If your account was suspended due to use of false information, you can appeal for reactivation using our email address: developer@oneweb.co.zw or contact: +263 78 784 6148 and do provide us with the actual information only in the process. 4. Payment and Billing

All services are billed once off, monthly or yearly depending on your package and these are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. Refunds can only be processed after a 20% deduction has been implemented first, to carter for transaction fees incurred during processing of your order.

Late payments may result in suspensions or termination of service.

Domain Names are only registered after full documentation has been submitted in the case where verification of information is needed. The documents required might include, National IDs, and Company Registration Documents.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

No hosting of content that is illegal, abusive, misleading, or violates local or international law.

No spamming, phishing, or harmful bots/ scripts allowed on our services.

6. Intellectual Property

All web designs created by OneWeb Zimbabwe remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.

We also reserve the right to place our credits in the footer of our clients` website(s). Something like, "Designed by OneWeb" or "Powered & Hosted by OneWeb.

7. Domain Names

Domain registration is subject to availability and the rules of ZISPA and POTRAZ.

You are responsible for renewing your domain(s) before expiry with us.

At OneWeb, we only act as a domain name registra, and facilitate domain name registration with top organisations such as ZISPA, on your behalf since these organisations require you to work only with `Registras Directly`.

8. Uptime and Support

We aim for 99,9% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted services. We run maintainance services every week, for at least 2 hours, no services interrupted by our weekly upgrades or technical server maintainances.

Technical Support is available via email, WhatsApp, or call only during business hours.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement within a 7 day notice but a breach of these terms may result in immediate termination without a refund.

10. Limitation of Liability

Leave all technical issues to us please, OneWeb Zimbabwe is not liable for any data loss, service interruption, or damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. For example one of clients previously deleted important files from the File Manager, lucky enough due to our weekly server maintainance we managed to retrieve all the data. We encourage you not to delete any files, or activate things you don`t know how they work, for we can not be held liable. Just contact us for tech support please.

11. Privacy

We collect and store client data as needed to deliver services and do not share it without your consent, unless required by law.

12. Refunds

We do offer refunds, but these can only be processed after a 20% deduction has been implemented first, to carter for all transactional fees incurred during the processing of your order. We are very sorry for any inconvenience this might cause, please bear with us for we would have incurred Ecocash and Bank Transfer fees during the processing of your order such as paying ZISPA or ZARNET domain fees, and ZISPA or ZARNET are two separate organisations from ours, that we work with to deliver our services. We do not process refunds if there has been a breach of contract and terms of agreement stated herein on this page.

13. Amendments

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
